To celebrate the beginning of Woman’s History Month, I decided to look for quotes from some (not all) of the most powerful and inspiring women that have changed the world. Actresses, astronauts, first ladies, activists, and noble peace prize winners have all made the list. Every women on this list is unique in profession, background, and the era she is from. Yet, all of them stand or stood for the same thing: the fight for gender equality and the empowerment of girls and women everywhere. I hope this post will inspire you, just as these women and their words have inspired me.
